Roca Llisa Golf Course
Tucked away up in the hills and hidden away in the dense forest is this cute 3/4 bedroom villa with views over the golf course and out to the sea in the distance. Recently renovated and fully legalised by the current owner, the house has a nice sized swimming pool, and is very peaceful, to be found in a little enclave of villas at the top of a pretty and long camino winding up into the hills.
Also with a nice accessible roof terrace, and two bathrooms this villa could also be prefect for someone looking to take the recent renovations up a notch and to create something very special, more akin to a little hidden gem in the Ibiza hills, of which there are not many to be found anymore for under €1million
The entrance opens you up into the living room and open plan kitchen, with two bedrooms on the ground floor, although we are of the opinion that perhaps one of these bedrooms could be removed to create a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
Upstairs on the first floor are two further bedrooms one of which has it's own little private terrace, and both bedrooms share the second bathroom on this floor,
There is access to roof terrace from this floor via a metal staircase, and from here are stunning views across the forests, and the golf course, out to the sea.
The villa is approached at the end of a camino shared with only one other property and drops down to off road parking, a small garden, and a nice little pool to the side of the house. The plot is fenced, and surrounded totally by trees, and is extremely private.

LOCATION - NORTH EAST
Recommended Beaches: Cala Llenya,Cala Olivera, Cala Martina, Cala Nova, Cala San Vicente
The North East is possibly the most family friendly region of the island. Santa Eulalia, the third largest town in Ibiza, remains the same safe family haven all year round, with a complete ban on nightclubs and late night hostelries, a superb theatre, amazing sports facilities, cinema, a blue-flag beach, and endless shops, restaurants and gyms. Very popular with British, Dutch and Germans, its main square contains pretty fountains running down from the Town Hall all the way down the seafront.
Moving out of town and north towards the picturesque little village San Carlos, one will find the famous Las Dalias Hippy Market with hundreds of stalls to wander around, and along the coastline untold beaches perfectly suited for families, such as Cala Martina, Cala Nova, and Cala Llenya, to name just a few.
From San Carlos take the back winding mountain road towards Cala San Vicente to catch the breath-taking scenery to your right as the sun rises above the pristine clear waters, and even feel free to shed your inhibitions on the nudist beaches along the way, such as Aguas Blancas.
Then it is another quick hop up to the northern most town in Ibiza, Portinatx, and trying to choose from yet more tiny little coves to chill out on, before winding down again to the quaint little village of San Juan, where the demand for increasingly exclusive high end properties in the surrounding areas continues apace.
